The Nashville Equip Center (NEQ) of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS) will bring students and church leaders together from church across Middle Tennessee.
NEQ will offer a two-year rotation of CORE courses (labeled NEQ below) as face-to-face/LIVE instruction and a suggested course rotation for Equip practicums and mentored internships (labeled Equip below) that, if followed, will meet the degree requirements for the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (Mentored) (MACMm).
Any partnership CORE courses need to be open and searchable in Self-Service. Course descriptions should be updated to reflect the location of the course.
SEBTS will help all NEQ students in the MACM track to register for courses.
PROSPECTIVE NEQ PARTNERS
NEQ is designed to bring churches across Middle Tennessee together for leadership development through SEBTS. While some courses will be offered LIVE (NEQ courses below), other courses (Equip courses below) are designed to be contextualized and taught in the specific church/ministry of the student. Students will get the best of both worlds: LIVE teaching and ministry integrated instruction, all while continuing to serve in their local context.
If you have questions or want to see how NEQ works in your context, see the contact information in the following section. We’d love for you to join our efforts!
